Who are the solutions for?

The solutions are designed for companies, agencies and professionals who mature specific needs for which they have not yet found solutions available on the market. They are not particularly suitable for advanced amateurs and novice professional photographers: in fact, since they are understood as solutions and not services, it is essential that the customer is aware of the problem and can allocate an appropriate budget to its solution.

Are they provided in the form of a contract?

Some solutions can be delivered in the form of an annual contract, while other solutions can be simplified and derived over a limited period or an expected objective. The decision is not made by the customer but, after a thorough analysis, agreed and planned jointly.

Can the services be provided exclusively?

The exclusivity of the service is possible but it underlies early activation and compensation costs and binding contracts that must be agreed upon by the parties. The transfer of exclusive ownership of a project is not possible any more than the transfer of know-how or the appropriation of the same. All developments are subject to copyright and are granted in usufruct under contractual terms unless otherwise stated.

How is the customer's know-how protected?

Each project is based on a double countersigned NDA between the client and the operators. Data management takes place with the utmost respect for copyrights, bound to the non-disclosure of the same and subject to current laws. The responsibility is bilateral.

If the solutions do not achieve the expected objective can I withdraw from the contract?

All services provided are bound by the commercial contract and therefore subordinate to it. There are specific situations in which reimbursement of the cost of the solution may be requested and others in which reimbursement is not possible due to clear and obvious acceptance of binding contractual terms. To protect both parties, an intermediate objective is always established to better understand if the solution is feasible and if the objective is the expected one.

Am I protected against my competitors?

Yes and no! The answer can be misleading and unfortunately difficult to clarify. The proprietary workflow is a solution that was created to guarantee the uniqueness of the result according to one's expectations, but this does not guarantee that others cannot achieve an extremely similar result on other roads and with specific tolerances.
While guaranteeing the uniqueness of the workflow, thus binding certain profiles and solutions, we cannot guarantee that for other customers a similar or identical result (with a certain tolerance) will not be obtained depending on different paths and parameters.
